Guangdong University of Technology (GDUT), is a multi-disciplinary university engaging with the international community. In the last 60 years, the university has become a key educational and research institution in Guangdong province in Southern China with a reputation for producing highly qualified and respected graduates.
GDUT attaches great importance to scientific research and disciplinary development and has a strong record of achievement. According to the report published by ESI data base in 2017, the Engineering of GDUT is listed in ESI world’s top 0.5% ranking and Material Discipline is listed in ESI world’s top 1% ranking. Mechanical Engineering, Information Engineering, Material Engineering, and Chemical Engineering are listed in “211 Project” Key Construction Program of Guangdong Province.
According to the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2020, the GDUT ranks 801-1000 among the world, and 43-70 in the mainland China.
广东工业大学高水平大学建设优秀博士后专项计划，诚招全职博士后，招聘要求如下：
1.申请人应在近三年内获得博士学位，学历背景良好，年龄在35周岁以下；
2.在国际著名期刊发表学术论文，表现出良好的学术发展潜力；
3.具有优秀的中英文写作能力和表达能力，有海外研究经历者优先考虑。
Guangdong University of Technology High-level University Construction Plan for Excellent Post-doctoral Program, recruitment announcement for full-time postdoctoral researcher:
1. The candidate should under 35 years old and hold a PhD degree from an established university no more than three years.
2. The candidate should have a strong publication record in international peer-reviewed journals, with the potential of becoming a leader in the specific academic or research fields.
3. The candidate should have excellent speaking, reading, and writing skills in English and Chinese along with good communication and interpersonal skills, overseas research experience is preferred.
1.独立地完成课题研究，在相应领域达到国际领先的科研能力，发表高水平学术论文；
2.具有较强的责任心，较强的团队合作意识，协助指导博硕士研究生并协助管理实验室；
3.优秀博士后工作期限至少21个月，需完成工作协议书中的任务，并满足甲方的出站标准，方可出站。
1. The candidate must be to work independently and efficiently, highly motivated to publish high-quality papers, and open to exploring new areas of science.
2. The candidate must be with good work ethics and teamwork spirit to work closely with members of collaborative labs on joint projects. The candidate should be willing to manage the lab, teach and supervise PhD and MSc students.
3. The job is at least 21-month contract. The postdoc can complete his/her job according to the contract and the Guangdong University of Technology High-level University Construction Plan for Excellent Post-doctoral Program.
1.学校为博士后提供竞争性薪资。优秀博士后分为A、B两个层次，申请人满足上述1-3基本条件，且以第一作者发表高水平学术论文3篇以上，可申请A级优秀博士后；以第一作者发表高水平学术论文1篇以上，可申请B级优秀博士后。
2.学校聘A级博士后为“校聘副研究员”。优秀博士后工资实行年薪制，包括基础年薪、科研奖励两部分。A级博士后基础年薪不低于29.6万元，B级博士后基础年薪不低于25万元。A级和B级博士后可享受校内博士后公寓。
3.在站期间获得国家基金（含青年基金）或中国博士后科学基金特别资助者，学校一次性发奖励5万元。在站期间获得的高水平科研成果奖励按学校相关科研奖励办法给予奖励，其中一区论文奖励3万，二区论文奖励2万，三、四区奖励0.5万元，论文分区按中科院大类分区数据为准；
4.在站期间获得国家自然科学基金或社会科学基金，且近五年以第一作者取得高水平学术科研成果3项以上（包括发表SCI/SSCI/CSSCI论文、中文一级学报论文、国际顶级会议论文，获得发明专利授权，主持省部级以上项目/课题等），可按学校人才引进程序申请留校。
5.符合条件的博士后可申请“广东省博士后人才引进计划”。其中，海外青年博士后引进项目入选者可获得高达100万元补贴：生活补贴60万，分两年发放，出站后留粤工作的再支持住房补贴40万。海外青年博士后引进项目同时享受学校A层次优秀博士后基础年薪29.6万元/年待遇，但需剔除基础年薪中广东省15万元/年的生活补贴，详情见附件1和附件2。
1. Salary will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. The candidateshouldsatisfythe basic requirements. Candidate with more than three high-quality publications as the first author can apply for A-level postdoc; candidate with more than one high-quality publication as the first author can apply for B-level postdoc.
2. The A-level postdoc will be appointed as a Special-Term Research Associate. Both A-level and B-level postdocswillenjoy an annual salary packages, including basic income and research reward. The basic income for the A-levelpostdocis no less than 296,000 RMB in annual. The basic income for the A-level postdoc is no less than 250,000 RMB in annual. University apartment is available for both A and B-level postdoc.
3. The postdoc will receive a lump sum of 50K RMB if funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China or Special FinancialGrantfrom China Postdoctoral Science Foundation. Rewards for high-level scientific research achievements (papers, patents, projects, etc.) obtained during the contract will be given in accordance with the school's relevant scientific research award methods: 30K RMB bonus for each JCR Q1 paper, 20K RMB bonus for each JCR Q2 paper, and 5K RMB bonus for other SCI paper. TheJIFQuartile of the journal in Categories is ranked by Chinese Academy of Sciences.
4. If the postdoc can get the fund from the National Natural Science Foundation of China and obtain more than three high-levelacademical achievements (including publish high-level academic papers, issue patents at home andabroad, host research project over provincial level, etc.) in recent five years, he/she can apply for Person specification for “One-Hundred Young Talents” program in GDUT and get a faculty position.
